BeComE launches Podcast #10.

Lecturer of Management and Leadership, Maris Zernand-Vilson from Tallinn University of Technology shares her experience about implementing the development of entrepreneurship competence in non-entrepreneurship courses. In the video, the lecturer shares her experience with implementing the autonomous motivation sub-competence to her course. Maris discusses how long it took to prepare the teaching session, what the benefit was for course content and feedback from students. The video can encourage all teachers to implement the entrepreneurship competence model as part of the syllabus to enrich students’ learning experience.
