The aim of the report is to develop a new training programme that would better address the demands of today’s business environment and therefore would develop EC among SME managers and start-ups in relation to internationalisation of businesses. Guidelines on innovative teaching and learning approaches were developed based on research in concerning entrepreneurship competences needed for SME managers in relation to internationalisation of businesses.
