Guidelines for Self-management area of entrepreneurship competences

Self-management area of competences is considered a more general and fundamental area of competences, forming a basis for all other sub-competencies. In general, self-management in this model relates to both acting and reflecting as it includes the initiation and persistence of acting but also reflection and regulation of emotions.
