The elaboration of the guidelines for training of teaching staff  is focused on supporting, how to develop their personal attributes, and the suitable learning environment for students in universities and considering the principles of creating expansive learning environments at the workplaces in enterprises. The development of methodology for training of teaching staff is planned in close concordance with the improvement of new study programmes according to the working life demand and meeting the future societal challenges.
