Roadmap and best practices on how to make working environments expansive for supporting the development EC of employees
This report includes a collection of best practices on how to make working environments expansive in order to encourage and support learning at work and the development of entrepreneurship sub-competences (ECs). The recommendations and best practices this document establishes are based on five distinct WLE (Workplace as learning environment) dimensions which are 1) challenging and developing work tasks; 2) participation and understanding of the workplace; 3) recognition as an expert and learner; 4) resources to help learning and 5) congruence with organisational goals. Roadmap includes detailed descriptions about organised joint activities among employees, students, company and university representatives and qualified experts.
