According to the Entrepreneurship competence model elaborated under the Estonian Entrepreneurship Education development program, the Self-management area highlights the need for students, entrepreneurs and employees to develop Growth Mindset, Autonomous Motivation, Coping with Emotions and Metacognition. In this short video, we aim to evidence the importance of this competence area, how these sub-competencies contribute to the development of an entrepreneurial mindset.
